1. Platform Fee
Monthly subscription for platform access, tools, and infrastructure. Starts at €0 (Free plan) up to €299/month (Business).
2. Tester Payouts
You set the rates: base amount per session + per-minute rate. Quality multipliers reward thorough testing. You review before approval.
3. Transaction Fee
A small percentage (3-15%) on tester payouts covers payment processing, fraud protection, and platform operations. Decreases with higher plans.

What counts as a "test session"?
A test session is a single testing period where a real tester explores your app on their device. Sessions typically last 15-45 minutes and include detailed bug reports with screenshots, device info, screen recordings, and reproduction steps.
How do tester payouts work?
You set the payout rules for each project: a base amount per session plus a per-minute rate. Testers earn based on time spent, with quality multipliers rewarding thorough testing. You review submissions before payouts are approved.
What is the "tester payout fee"?
The transaction fee covers payment processing, fraud protection, and platform operations. It's deducted from tester payouts — for example, on the Team plan with 8% fee, a €15 tester payout costs you €16.20 total (€15 to tester + €1.20 fee).
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can switch between plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do unused sessions roll over?
On Team and Business plans, unused sessions roll over for up to 3 months. This gives you flexibility for months with varying testing needs.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan gives you 5 test sessions per month, forever — no credit card required. When you're ready for more, upgrade to Indie or Team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Business and Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Yes! We offer 50% off the first year for verified startups (under 2 years old, under €1M funding) and 30% off for registered non-profits. Contact us to apply.
How much should I pay testers?
Typical payouts range from €8-25 per session depending on complexity and duration. We recommend a base of €5-10 plus €0.30-0.80 per minute. Quality multipliers (up to 1.5x) reward thorough exploration. You can adjust rules per project.
